Return & Damage Policy

At DK FASHIONS, all products are quality-checked prior to dispatch. By placing an order on our website, you explicitly agree to the following terms:

• NO RETURNS: Once an order is placed and delivered, it is final and non-returnable under any
  circumstances.

• NO EXCHANGES: We do not offer exchanges for size issues, color preferences, fit concerns, or
  change of mind.

Damaged / Defective Products

• In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product; you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Requests raised after 48 hours will be strictly rejected.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with tags and
  packaging intact.

• Clear photo and/or video evidence of the damage is mandatory for verification.

• After verification, DK FASHIONS reserves the sole right to decide the resolution
  (replacement or store credit, if applicable). No cash refunds will be issued.

• Failure to comply with the above conditions will result in rejection of the claim.
